The 2021 Senior Information Brochure is now available and can be accessed HERE. Additionally, below you will find important information about the MANDATORY SENIOR MEETINGS held on April 27 and 28 in the FHS Back Gym.
The mandatory senior meeting will be held in the FHS Performing Arts Center (PAC) instead of the back gym. Students with last names beginning with A-L will attend on April 27 and students with last names M-Z will attend on April 28. Students who are home campus virtual should attend on the appropriate date. Seniors will attend first lunch from 11:15-11:45 on both days and then report to the PAC by 11:50 for their meeting. Seniors should enter the PAC from the top level off the cafeteria.
Seniors will need to determine if they want to purchase their school issued Chromebook for $10 or give it back to the school. This decision must be made before the senior meetings take place. If seniors would like to purchase their Chromebook, they must log into the FPS Virtual Store at https://vstore.fayar.net and select the Senior Chromebook Purchase link. If seniors would like to turn in their Chromebook, they may begin turning them in now at the Fayetteville High School Technology Office in Phase 4 on the 1st floor. Seniors may also turn in their Chromebooks on the day of their senior meeting.
Seniors must have all fines resolved before they will be able to collect their graduation tickets. They should check their school email accounts for information on fines they owe.
Seniors must complete the Senior Graduation and Exit Survey in Naviance prior to the senior meeting. This survey can be accessed through their Naviance account by going to ABOUT ME, selecting MY SURVEYS, and selecting SURVEYS NOT STARTED.
At the senior meeting, seniors will receive information on the graduation ceremony, pick up their cumulative folder, and receive their graduation tickets. All requirements outlined in this email must be completed before they will receive their tickets. Seniors MUST present their school ID to receive their cumulative folder and graduation tickets. Seniors are asked to take their cumulative folders home and store in a safe place as they will likely have birth certificates and Social Security numbers in the folder.
The last day for seniors will be April 30. Those who are failing graduation requirements are expected to continue to attend school and work with their teachers in order to raise their grades to a passing level so they may graduate. All graduation requirements must be met prior to the graduation ceremony on May 13 in order to participate in the ceremony.
